As soon as you possibly can. Our
schedules fill up quickly, especially during holidays and
vacation times. We will always try to accomodate your
appointment to the best of our ability. Top

What happens in the event
there is an emergency?
If the unforeseen happens and there
is a medical emergency and your pet requires immediate medical
attention, we will attempt to contact you prior to seeking
medical attention. We will always act in the best interest of
your pet. We request that you give us alternate contact
information for family, friends, vet or neighbor if a
non-medical emergency occurs. We will attempt to make contact if
we are unsuccessful at reaching you. Such situations could be
power or heat outage, AC outage, water leak or other home

Cat-Tastic and our employees are
bonded with background checks prior to hire and we are insured.
We are also certified in pet first aid and CPR.

How do you handle keys?
When we begin servicing your home we
will ask for a key and a specific door to gain entry. All keys
are kept secure between visits. If you have alternative entry
methods, please let us know in advance so that we can accomodate
time and inform sitters in advance of arrival.
